First I'd like to say thank you all for installing our app and taking the time to use it and share your feedback with us. My name is Joshua and I'm the founder of Sembly. Since we launched Sembly In August 2015 I've learned a lot. I've had conversations with hundreds of store owners. We've shipped thousands of packages. As a result of the knowledge we've gained, we've decided to take the company in slightly different direction. We feel this new direction will benefit all store owners who currently have the Sembly app installed and all that install in the future.
Below is a list of the changes taking place in two weeks:
1 - We're introducing new flat rate pricing for all products regardless of quantity sold.
2 - We're limiting the product options. Starting 8/22/16 we will only offer products that are 100% cotton.
3 - We're increasing the speed your orders ship. The new turn around time is going to be 48 hours. This is the most amount of time it will take from the moment an orders is placed to the moment that orders is printed, packed and shipped out to your customers.
4 - We're discontinuing multiple location printing. We're only going to offer front and back printing.
We'll be checking in with you over the next couple weeks to remind you, but if you have any garments in your stores that are not 100% cotton, they will be disconnected from our system. This means that if you sell an item in your shop that is not 100% cotton, we will not be making this item. So starting August 22 we will no longer be offering any items that are not 100% cotton.
Number 4 above is also urgent because many of you have multiple location printing. Please be advised that as of August 22nd we will no longer be offering multiple location printing. The only options will be front and back printing.
There are a lot of stores that these changes will affect. Please contact me directly if you've got any concerns or questions regarding these changes at firstname.lastname@example.org
Thanks and we'll be sending out several more messages soon to remind you to make the necessary changes to your store.
